Joining the veterinary field in 1998, Lucie has had a very diverse career, working as a receptionist, vet assistant, registered veterinary technician, manager, and consultant. From general practice to emergency and a surgical referral center, to managing both a single practice and a multi-practice group, her experiences are invaluable.
Lucie is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation, a graduate of a Veterinary Practice Management Program, and the founder of Covet Coaching. She joined our team in 2021 as a Strategic Advisor, and is passionate about supporting our members. Lucie believes that proper practice support requires dedication to growth, and positive, forward-thinking mindsets. She is a reliable and trusted partner for our members, skilled in listening and creating a safe space, free of judgment and full of respect. She allows individuals to unleash their full potential, while optimizing the potential of their team and practice.
